- We need them to make the best possible use of the investments we’ve already made
- We need to meet their expectations, which are are higher than ever before
- We need to recruit the best people, recruiting is hard, and retaining people is even harder
- AI is here, and pushing us to new potential, and we need to make good use of it before it gets the better of us.
